3 Athletes From Sikkim to Compete in 7th Heros International Taekwondo Championship 2024

Athletes from 20 countries including the Philippines, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and others will participate in the championship.
As many as 3 athletes from the Sikkim Amateur Taekwondo Association—Sanjay Subba, Anita Subba, and Jitendra Limbu will represent India at the 7th Heros International Taekwondo Championship 2024 being held in Bangkok, Thailand.
The event being held at Assumption University aims to foster unity and harmony among Taekwondo enthusiasts worldwide.
Sanjay Subba will compete in the under 60 kg Kyorugi event and the mixed team poomsae event, while Anita Subba and Jitendra Limbu will showcase their skills in the pairs poomsae as well as the mixed team poomsae events.
Chief Coach and Founder of Sikkim Amateur Taekwondo, Master Trilok Subba, has congratulated the athletes and extended his best wishes to them as they prepare to compete on the international stage.
Athletes from 20 countries including the Philippines, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and others will participate in the championship.
All weight categories, from the under-4 age group to the master’s event for individuals over 60, are eligible to compete in this championship.
The four main event types include Kyorugi, Poomsae, Poomsae – freestyle, and Taekwondo Dance.
