The Government of Meghalaya will be soon starting the second phase of Shillong decongestion as soon as the Model Code of Conduct gets over.

Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Friday reviewed the project and said the second phase will be starting as soon as the Model Code of Conduct gets over. In the review meeting, concerns of parking, non-uniform lane width and recreational space in the city were discussed.
