At least 10 school children were injured after the school bus they were travelling in met with an accident in Assam’s Lakhimpur district.
The school bus skidded off the road and turned turtle after being hit by another vehicle from the opposite side.
The students travelling in the bus sustained serious injuries and have been rushed to the Laluk Model Hospital for treatment. The condition of the injured students are said to be stable now.
As per sources, a total of 25 students were on board when the ill-fated bus met with the accident.
