Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma takes a dig at AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma today took a dig at his Delhi counterpart Arvind Kejriwal. CM Sarma said that while the centre is busy building roads and hospitals in the national capital, Arvind Kejriwal on the other hand is building ‘Mohalla Clinics’.
