The Dalai Lama suggested the Sikkim Chief Minister to emphasize on reading Buddhist text to gain control over human emotions such as anger and hatred.
Chief Minister PS Golay also invited the Dalai Lama to Sikkim, to which the Dalai Lama accepted.
