Three minors sustained injuries in an accidental grenade blast, at Upper Chinghan village, close to the Indo-Myanmar border in Tirap district of Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday.
Officials said that the minors were playing with the grenade which was wrapped in a polythene bag when it went off injuring the three.
The children are aged 10, 3 and half and 2.
The 10-year-old who sustained critical injuries has been referred to Dibrugarh for better treatment and is now out of danger.

The two others are admitted at Khonsa District Hospital.
Meanwhile, security forces have started investigating the matter.
It might be mentioned that the village is known to be a route for militants to reach their camps in Myanmar.
