Arunachal Jail break: Escaped NSCN (K) cadre Roksen Homcha arrested

SP Tirap, Kardak Riba, informed that Roksen has been arrested from the Bogapani area in Tirap district of Arunachal Pradesh, where he was hiding.
In a big breakthrough, security forces arrested the escaped NSCN cadre Self-Styled Private Roksen Homcha during a search operation carried out today morning.

Roksen Homcha, a hardcore NSCN (K) Nikki Sumi faction member, fled from the Khonsa Jail on March 26 evening during a daring jailbreak.
