Mizoram: Sqn Leader Manisha Padhi appointed as India’s first female ADC

Sqn Leader Manisha Padhi previously served at Air Force Station, Bidar, Air Force Station, Pune, and Air Force Station, Bhatinda, is now the ADC to Mizoram Governor

In a historic move, Mizoram Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati on Wednesday appointed Squadron Leader Manisha Padhi Manisha Padhi, a 2015 batch Indian Air Force Officer as India’s first Woman Aide-De-Camp(ADC).

“Her appointment is not just a milestone but a testament to the power of women breaking gender norms and excelling in different fields. Let’s celebrate this remarkable achievement and continue to champion women’s empowerment in every sphere”, said Governor Kambhampati.

Sqn Leader Manisha Padhi previously served at Air Force Station, Bidar, Air Force Station, Pune, and Air Force Station, Bhatinda.
