Sikkim premier league: Sinolchu Football Club selects footballer Uttam Rai for 3 lakhs

The Sikkim premier league will be held in Paljor Stadium and Bhaichung Stadium in mid-January 2023.
As the Sikkim Premiere League is ready to kick off in mid-January next year, all the teams are busy selecting players on the grounds of prices set by themselves.
So far, 22 players have been selected by the teams. One of the most popular players of Sikkim, Uttam Rai was picked up by Sinolchu Football Club whose highest price was 3 lakhs.
Speaking to Northeast Live, former National player cum member of Football Development Private Limited, Nirmal Chettri informed that each club can buy 4 players from outside the state who is not a member of any other club. Each club can also select 3 foreign players. Besides this, the club can only select 2 foreign players and 2 outstation players at the first level.
The Sikkim Premiere League is organised by Football Development Private Limited, a company formed by a group of recently retired national-level footballers.
The participating 8 teams include Aakraman Sporting Club, Singling Sporting Club, Sikkim Dragons, Thunderbolt North United, Red Panda Football Club, Brothers United Football Club, Sinolchu Football Club and Roaring Leopard Football Club.
