At least 7 winger vehicles at a bus stop in Dimapur, Nagaland, have been vandalised by miscreants.
The vehicles were originally from Manipur and used for transporting passengers between Imphal and Dimapur along the National Highway-2.
The incident reportedly took place on Monday at the Blue Hill Bus stop, in Dimapur.
According to sources, the miscreants started vandalising the vehicles parked at the bus stop after asking the drivers if the designated place was their parking space.
Four of the seven winger vehicles were severely damaged and with their windshields shattered.

Meanwhile, the All Manipur Inter-State Winger and Cruiser Drivers and Owners Transporters Union has strongly condemned the incident.
The union also lamented earlier as well there were instances of drivers being assaulted at Dimapur.
Decrying the incident, the union has also suspended Imphal-Dimapur winger service with immediate effect till Wednesday.
Concerned about such incidents threatening drivers’ safety, the Union further drew the attention of the government to take the necessary actions to assure the security of the drivers ferrying passengers along the national highway.
