In a major win for police in the war against #drugs, #cannabis worth more than a lakh rupees have been seized in #Guwahati. Police conducted a raid last night at Sijubari Pragati road in the city’s #Hatigaon locality. The seized cannabis weighed more than 4 kilograms. Along with the cannabis, cash worth Rs 4 lakh 34 thousand was also seized. Police has also arrested a drug peddler identified as Mayuri Begum and taken her into custody.
