Hectic politicking is being witnessed for Manipur Assembly Elections as poll dates draw close. The ruling BJP launched what it termed as its creative campaign to reach out to the people amid the Covid restrictions in place.

With party rallies and physical campaigns restricted due to the Covid pandemic, the BJP in Manipur has decided to go digital. Under the Creative Campaign initiative, 54 LCD screen fitted vehicles highlighting the government’s achievements in the last 5 years were flagged off from Imphal for different parts of the state.

The vehicles were flagged off in presence of CM N Biren Singh and BJP State president A Sarda Devi among other top leaders.

Speaking on the occasion CM N Biren Singh termed this form of campaigning more effective than physical campaigning.
