In a tragic road accident in Manipur last night, three people lost their lives and one is in serious condition, when a high speed Verna (Car) travelling from Koirengei hit a stationary truck parked on the road side.
The horrifying incident took place around 8:30 PM at Luwangsangbam district near FCI godown. A married couple along with their two sons were travelling inside the car. The deceased have been identified as, 32 year old Nishant Jain hailing from Thangal Bazaar, his 30 year old wife Sonam Jain and their 4 year old son Yug Jain.
While Sonam Jain died on the spot, her husband and younger son succumbed to their injuries at Raj Medicity. Meanwhile, Nishant and Sonam’s elder son, 6 year old Pranabh Jain is still battling for his life at Raj medicity and is reportedly in critical condition.
