The COVID-19 cases in Arunachal Pradesh inched towards the 100-mark with four more persons testing positive for coronavirus on Wednesday. The total number of positive cases in the state stands
The COVID-19 cases in Arunachal Pradesh inched towards the 100-mark with four more persons testing positive for coronavirus on Wednesday.
The total number of positive cases in the state stands now at 99, of which, 92 are active cases and 7 persons have recovered so far.
Of the fresh cases, 3 are from Changlang district while one is from the state capital Itanagar.
All confirmed cases were reported from quarantine centres and were asymptomatic. They have been shifted to Covid care centres.
The first COVID-19 case in the state was reported on April 2, after a 31-year-old man tested positive for the disease following his return from a religious congregation in Delhi. The state registered its second case after a gap of almost six weeks, on May 24.
