Two Minor Boys Rescued from Child Labour in Assam’s Furkating

Officials have placed the rescued boys under the care of the authorities for further action and rehabilitation.
Golaghat police, in coordination with the Child Labour Inspector of Golaghat, conducted a rescue operation in Assam’s Furkating and rescued two minor boys engaged in child labour.
Acting on specific information, the police and the team of Child Labour inspector carried out the operation and identified the boys working under unlawful conditions.
Officials have placed the rescued boys under the care of the authorities for further action and rehabilitation.
The police have assured that they are investigating the matter to identify those responsible for employing the minors.
They have also stated that strict legal action will be taken against anyone found violating child labour laws.
