Chief Minister Pema Khandu said that this partnership will provide cashless treatment benefits of up to Rs 5 lakh for the beneficiaries, allowing them to receive necessary medical care without financial burden.
However, the initiative will work based on credit authorization from the State Health Agency CMAA Society and the recommendations of the referral board at Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS), Arunachal Pradesh’s first medical college and hospital.
CM Khandu said that the credit facility has been extended to Arunachal Pradesh as a special case at Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) rates.
