Three school girls who had gone missing from Guwahati rescued from West Bengal

The girls, all students of Sunshine Public School in Noonmati, had gone missing yesterday
In some prompt action by Guwahati Police, 3 school girls who had reportedly gone missing from outside their school in Noonmati area of Guwahati on Monday, were rescued from West Bangal today.
Parents of the girls, all students of Sunshine Public School in Noonmati, said that they had dropped the girls outside the school gate at around 8.30 am on Moday, but a few hours later the school teachers informed the families that the girls were not in class.
The families immediately filed a case at the Noonmati police station regarding their daughters’ disappearance.
Upon investigation, it came to light that the girls had left for Kolkata on a train from Guwahati.
On Tuesday morning, the girls made a video call to their families from Alipurduar, West Bengal. That is when, the police left for Siliguri in West Bengal and rescued the girls.
