Arunachal CM Pema Khandu congratulates Saloma Yomdo who has been selected for OIL’s Director post

Currently, Yomdo is serving as Executive Director (Exploration & Development) in OIL.
Saloma Yomdo of Arunachal Pradesh has been selected for the post of next Director (Exploration & Development) of Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Enterprises under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG).
His name was recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Monday after interviewing a total of 12 candidates (6 candidates from Oil India, 2 from GAIL India Limited, 2 from ONGC Videsh Limited and one each from HPCL and ONGC).
Currently, Yomdo is serving as Executive Director (Exploration & Development) in OIL.
As Director (Exploration & Development) of OIL, he will report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). Yomdo under this role, will create exploratory strategies and budgets and oversee the progress of the company’s exploration and development programs.
Congratulating Saloma Yomdo on being selected for the position, Chief Minister Pema Khandu said that the state is proud of his achievement.
