The BJP-led government at the Centre is drawing flak from all quarters due to the rising fuel prices.

The Meghalaya Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee today slammed the Centre for the rapid increase in petrol and diesel prices.

The Congress workers also staged a demonstration in Shillong today shouting slogans and holding placards demanding a roll back in fuel prices.

Talking to Northeast Live MPMCC president Joplin Shylla demanded that fuel prices be brought down immediately.
