The Commission has been asked to take official cognizance of the corrupted examinations in all cases where paper leaks occurred, and take the necessary actions.
PAJSC has also sought justice for Mudang Yabyang, a Person with Disabilities (PwD) candidate who has ben denied her rights till now, despite the fact that she is the rightful candidate in the recruitment examination for the post of a lecturer in electrical engineering in government polytechnic reserved for PwD.
Additionally, it has demanded the Commission to establish a dedicated Grievance Redressal cell/mechanism to timely address the examination related issues at every stage of the examination process with a dedicated team of personnels for the same.
In order to move forward, it has also put forward a few suggestions and recommendations about the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that APPSC should positively and immediately adopt.
