Heavy rains since last night caused flash floods in different parts of #Guwahati. Heavy rains were witnessed for most of the wee hours and light drizzling was witnessed early morning today which has caused waterlogging in the city. The early waterlogging in these areas has caused problems for commuters in the morning hours with traffic getting affected.
