Monalisa Bhosle, who gained fame during the Prayagraj Mahakumbh, is set to make her acting debut in Sanoj Mishra’s upcoming film, The Diary Of Manipur.
Mishra, known for films like The Diary Of West Bengal and Gandhigiri, personally travelled to Maheshwar, Madhya Pradesh, to meet Monalisa and her family before offering her the role. After discussions, she agreed to join the project.
Speaking to the media, Mishra praised Monalisa’s humble nature and expressed his commitment to shaping her future in the film industry.
The film, backed by a Mumbai-based production company, has a Rs 20 crore budget. Monalisa will undergo three months of training in Mumbai before starting her role. Her entry into cinema marks a promising step in her journey from social media fame to the silver screen.
