Security forces have apprehended hardcore ULFA-I cadre and personal bodyguard of the outfit’s second-in-command Drishti Rajkhowa.
The cadre, identified as Devaljyoti Dutta alias Deval Axom, was apprehended by the security forces from Assam’s Jorhat district.
The cadre was arrested while he was on his way to attend his sister’s wedding.
