The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Tripura has exuded confidence that the party will return to power by winning all the 60 seats in the coming 2023 assembly election.
Speaking to the media on the sidelines of the Chintan Baithak in Agartala, BJP Tripura Chief Spokesman Subrata Chakraborty informed issues pertaining to the party’s organizational strength and 2023 assembly election were discussed, and accordingly strategies were set up to ensure victory in 60 out of 60 seats in the coming polls.
Furthermore, he reiterated that his party’s alliance with the Tripura Indigenous People’s Front or the IPFT is still very much intact.

He added seat sharing formula with the alliance partners will be discussed later.
Speaking on the recent departures of MLA Burba Mohan Tripura from the BJP, the Spokesperson said that the party is aware of the developments and had discussed them.
However, the departure will not impact the party as the concerned MLA was neither active for the party nor working for the people.
