Sikkim is all geared up for His Holiness, the Dalai Lama's historic visit to the Himalayan State today
All arrangements are complete at the Paljor Stadium to accord a warm reception to the Tibetan Spiritual Leader. Huge Banners and decorations to welcome His Holiness have also been put up in Capital Gangtok.
