A day after the Sikkim Democratic Front released its Election Manifesto, Party candidate for Upper-Tadong Constituency Dr. CB Chhetri today, launched his Manifesto for the people of Upper-Tadong Constituency. Releasing the manifesto in Gangtok CB Chhetri highlighted he has divided the Manifesto into 7 chapters including Essential Utilities, Infrastructural Development, Health & Hygiene Services, Information Technology, Women & Child Development, Education & Skill Development, as well as Tourism & Meritorious Service recognition.
