Rains lash Sikkim for 2nd day, NH10 closed at Singtam, landslides hit several parts of the state Heavy rains continue to lash Sikkim, triggering flash flood and landslides in the Himalayan state. In Singtam, flash floods have blocked the National Highway 10 at Shantinagar. Incessant rainfall since last evening has also caused significant damage to roads and vehicles in Singtam.
