Ragging victim Anand undergoes another surgery

Anand Sharma, the victim of the Dibrugarh University ragging incident, underwent another surgery on Tuesday.
This is the second major operation following the incident. A team of Orthopaedic surgeons performed the surgery on Anand’s fractured right hand at Aditya Hospitals last evening.
