PS Tamang Cabinet’s first decision: To announce ex-gratia for flood victims, 4% DA announced for Govt employees Within hours of taking oath as Sikkim’s Chief Minister for second time in a row, Prem Singh Tamang, Sikkim’s 6th CM announced convened the first cabinet meeting with his new Council of Ministers at the secretariat on Monday. As per inputs, the meeting began with a two-minute silence to honor the victims of yesterday’s landslide in Majhua village in Yangang, Namchi District.
