Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the swearing-in ceremonies of Meghalaya and Nagaland Chief Ministers tomorrow.

The Prime Minister will land at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, Guwahati at around 10 am. He will then head for Meghalaya and will attend the swearing-in ceremony of the new Meghalaya Government led by Conrad Sangma at around 11 am in Shillong.

After that, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will move to Nagaland. PM Modi will attend the swearing in ceremony in Kohima at around 1.30 pm where the new government of Nagaland led by CM Neiphiu Rio will be administered the oath of office.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will then return to Guwahati in the evening and hold a meeting with the Assam cabinet.

On Wednesday (March 8) morning, PM Modi will head for Tripura to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the new Tripura government led by CM Manik Saha and later in the evening, he will return back to New Delhi.

In Meghalaya, Conrad Sangma will be sworn in as the Chief Minister for the second executive term, Neiphiu Rio will be sworn in as the Nagaland CM for the 5th term while Manik Saha will be sworn in as the Chief Minister of Tripura for the second term.
