Parineeti Chopra-Raghav Chadha pre-wedding celebrations begin with great pomp: Couple’s first pics out

Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra and Aam Aadmi Party member Raghav Chadha are set to tie the knot today. The couple chose to go for a destination wedding in Udaipur surrounded by close friends and family.

Ahead of their wedding, the couple began their pre-wedding festivities by hosting a Sufi night for close friends and family.

A few pictures of the same were shared on Instagram by DJ Navraj Hans. While Chopra opted for a shimmering sharara set complete with a cape, Chadha wore a black bandhgala with pants. The actor accessorised with minimal jewellery and seemed to be having a gala time at her sangeet ceremony.

Before the musical night, Parineeti and Raghav sought blessings at a Gurudwara in New Delhi, participating in Ardas and Kirtan. Their engagement was kept under wraps, but it’s known that they’ve known each other for several years before they started dating.

According to reports, the 90s theme sangeet took place last night. The music list and the entire evening has been curated by Parineeti herself. At the entrance, there are cassettes with name of guests written with a special message by actress herself. The menu for the evening is also fun with options of chaats, pop corn and noodles.

Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra will reportedly give the wedding a miss due to prior commitments.
On the other hand, Manish Malhotra, Karan Johar, Sania Mirza are expected to reach Udaipur this afternoon. The wedding is expected to take place around 4 pm, followed by a grand reception.
