NSCN-IM, GoI talks set to resume, Wasbir Hussain shares details

The talks between the NSCN-IM and Government of India will be resuming on August 21st in New Delhi.
As per sources, NSCN-IM general secretary Th. Muivah will be leaving for the national capital on August 19 along with other top leaders of the group.
