NRC State Coordinator Prateek Hajela will make a power point presentation at the Ministry of Home Affairs on the family tree that is used to determine citizenship and names included in the NRC.

The briefing, scheduled to be held at 6 pm at the Home Ministry, is likely to be attended by Registrar General of India – Sailesh, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, Attorney General KK Venugopal, the Solicitor General who also represents the Assam Government, State Chief Secretary, besides Kapil Sibal who is representing several organisations from Assam.

The Home Ministry wanted the family tree to be explained to them and other stake holders.
Hajela will be making the power-point presentation following the directions of the Supreme Court.
