Senior #Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Saturday accused Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma-led #NPP, the #UDP and the #TMC of being “puppets” of the #BJP in poll-bound Meghalaya. The Congress leader, who released the party’s manifesto for the assembly elections, said Congress is fighting against the cloud of corruption and unemployment, and the destruction of Meghalaya’s identity and finally the cloud of the unholy alliance – BJP, NPP, UDP, TMC. The Congress leader also asserted that there are puppets of the BJP in the state.
