NPF’s Mokukchung unit President surrenders after killing one of his employees

Moasangba Jamir, President of Naga People's Front’s (NPF) Mokokchung division, surrendered to the Mokokchung police on Tuesday after accidentally killing one of his workers who worked at his Metsuben Resort.
As per inputs, Jamir accidentally shot one of his workers with a 22 rifle gun to save another worker after an altercation broke out between the two. One of the workers apparently ran to Jamir for help as the other worker was allegedly chasing him with a machete. To stop the fight, Jamir resorted to firing in the air, but one of the bullets hit one of the workers. The person succumbed to the bullet injury. The incident took place at the Metsuben Resort in Chuchuyimpang village.
