NFR cancels Joy Ride and other trains. Check details here

Joy Ride trains between Jalpaiguri and Darjeeling have been cancelled from October 2 to January 1 next year
The North East Frontier Railways (NFR) on Wednesday announced the cancellation and rescheduling of certain trains including the much popular Joy Ride trains operating between Jalpaiguri and Darjeeling.
As per official statement, due to operational constraint Joy Ride trains operating in Darjeeling has been cancelled. Details are mentioned below.
• Train no. 52539 (New Jalpaiguri – Darjeeling) AC passenger commencing journey on every Monday, Wednesday & Saturday from 2nd October, 2023 till 1st January, 2024 will remain cancelled.
• Train no. 52538 (Darjeeling – New Jalpaiguri) AC passenger commencing journey on every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 03rd October, 2023 till 02nd January, 2024 will remain cancelled.
In view of traffic blocks for de-launching of steel trusses of through roof over on platforms at Jalandhar Cant. on Ludhiana Jn. – Amritsar Jn. Section of Northern Railway, few trains of N. F. Railway passing through that section will be cancelled and rescheduled as follows.
• Train no. 04654 (New Jalpaiguri – Amritsar Jn.) Express commencing journey on 04th October, 2023 and Train no. 04653 (Amritsar Jn. – New Jalpaiguri) Express commencing journey on 06th October, 2023 will remain cancelled.
Further, train no. 15655 (Kamakhya – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra) Express scheduled to leave Kamakhya on 01st October, 2023 has been rescheduled to leave at 14:00 hours instead of 11:00 hours.
Moreover, additional stoppage of train no. 19615/19616 (Udaipur – Kamakhya – Udaipur) Weekly Express has been provided at Kishangarh station.
Train no. 19615 (Udaipur – Kamakhya) Express will arrive Kishangarh at 21:27 hours and depart at 21:29 hours. Train no. 19616 (Kamakhya – Udaipur) Express will arrive Kishangarh at 17:22 hours and depart at 17:24 hours.
