NBSE Class 12 results out; pass percentage 82.62%

The number of boys and girls in the top 10 list stream-wise are 18 girls in Arts, 8 girls and 4 boys in Commerce and 9 girls and 4 boys

Along with the Class 10 (HSLC) results, the Nagaland Board of Secondary Education (NBSE) today declared the results for the HSSLC examination 2023. The overall pass percentage in Arts stream is 82.62%, Commerce stream is 85.83% and Science stream is 86.79%

The number of boys and girls in the top 10 list stream-wise are 18 girls in Arts, 8 girls and 4 boys in Commerce and 9 girls and 4 boys in Science.

15 institutions under Arts stream, 5 institutions under Science stream and 4 institutions under Commerce stream secured 100% pass results.

In Children with Special Needs (CWSN) category, 13 candidates appeared the examination. Out of 13 candidates, 11 of them passed 4 in 1st division and 7 in 2nd division. While 2 candidates failed.

In addition to the conduct of HSLC compartmental examination , the Board will also be conducting the compartmental examination for HSSLC candidates with effect from this year. Candidates failing in 3 or fewer subjects are eligible to sit for the examination. Two chances will be given to clear the compartmental papers to reduce drop-out rates from the system.

Repeaters have been informed to submit the application forms and examination fee for HSLC examination 2024 online from 1st – 12th August 2023 and for HSSLC examination from 8th – 12th August 2023.
