Yesterday, two people were killed and five including a pregnant woman was seriously injured in Tripura after lightning struck them
Two people died in Sivasagar district of Assam after they were struck by lightning during heavy rains.
The incident took place in Panbesa Lorapura Senimra village of Sivasagar. They were working in the field when lightning struck them. The deceased persons have been identified as Ajay Jain and Digant Mili.
