The NSCN-IM has once again made it clear that it will uphold the Framework Agreement signed back in 2015 at all times
The NSCN-IM has once again made it clear that it will uphold the Framework Agreement signed back in 2015 at all times. In a statement, the NSCN-IM said that the Framework Agreement has been built upon the universal democratic principles of mutual respect and recognition of rights, and the harmonious interdependent relationship of peoples and nations and no power or force will be able to tear it down.
