Nagaland Elections 2023: BJP announces list of 20 candidates

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has declared its list of 20 candidates for the ensuing Assembly elections scheduled to be held on February 27, 2023.

Nagaland Cabinet Minister and state BJP president Temjen Imna Along declared the candidate list at the party headquarters in New Delhi today.

Minister Temjen Imna Along will contest from Alongtaki assembly constituency.

Here’s the full list of the candidates:

  8. Akuluto – Kazheto Kinimi
  9. Suruhoto – *H. Khehovi Yepthomi
  10. Atoizu – Er. Kahuli
  11. Dimapur 1 – Tovihoto
  12. Longkhim Chare – Seyithrongba Sangtam
  13. Tuensang Sadar 1 – P. Bashangmongba Chang*
  14. Mon – Er. Cheong
  15. Tizit – *P. Paiwang
  16. Phomching – Konngam Konyak
  17. Longleng – Phangnyu Phom
  18. Noklak – H. Haiying
  19. Southern Angami 2- Er Kropol
  20. Seyochung Sitimi – Kashiho Sangtam

Nagaland will go to polls on February 27, 2023. The counting of votes will be held on March 2, 2023.
