The Nagaland Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has given its full support to the National Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) candidate, Wangpang Konyak, for the 43-Tapi Assembly Constituency bye-election happening on November 7, 2023.
Benjamin Yepthomi, the BJP State President, said, “We congratulate Wangpang Konyak for getting the NDPP ticket, and we fully support their candidate for the upcoming bye-election in 2023.”
Taking to X, Yepthomi wrote, “The @BJP4Nagaland congratulates Shri Wangpang Konyak, for being awarded with @NDPPofficial ticket for the upcoming bye-election to the 43- Tapi Assembly Constituency 2023. NDPP sharing about the ticket ceremony that took place on October 17 2023 at NDDP headquarter, Chümoukedima on X wrote “At this momentous occasion, the NDPP proudly nominated Mr. Wangpang Konyak as the party’s candidate for the upcoming bye-election. Mr. Konyak, a dedicated public servant, was officially entrusted with the responsibility to bring positive change to the constituency.
