Mortar Shell Found Near Manipur CM’s Residence, What’s the Story Behind It?

Tension gripped the Koirengei area in Imphal, Manipur after a local discovered a mortar shell near Khuman Pokpi, just 1 kilometre from the private residence of Chief Minister N. Biren Singh. The shell was later identified as a Search Light Mortar Shell, fired by the Border Security Force during the Diwali celebrations.
