Gearing up for the crucial Assembly polls, the Congress in Mizoram is all set to announce its candidate list on October 11. This was informed by the party’s secretary for nomination KS Thanga.
While the MNF had earlier announced that it has already selected its candidates the Congress is also in a hurry to announce the list with the polls barely a month and a half away.
Meanwhile, former IGP of Mizoram LT Hrangchal joined the party today. Praising Hrangchal, Mizoram Chief Minister Lal Thanhawla in his welcome speech said that Hrangchal is a humble man who will work for the best interest of the state.
