Meghalaya: Nails found inside antibiotic capsules, claims woman

In a shocker from Meghalaya's East Khasi Hills District, a woman claimed that she found nails inside capsules prescribed to her 12-year old daughter who is suffering from toothache.
As per inputs, the woman took her daughter to the Pomlum PHC where the doctors presribed Amoxicilin capsules for treating the ailment. However, when the woman was about to administer the medicine to her child, she found the nails inside 2 of the capsules. The woman later raised the matter with the PHC officials and filed a complaint.
