recommendations of the High Powered Expert Committee on Meghalaya 5th pay commission.
Speaking to news persons, the Meghalaya Home Minister said that out of the many recommendations included examining norms for grant of advance increment for government employees serving under different departments who possess high qualifications from recognised institutions .
