A fresh gunbattle has been reported from Kangvai in the state’s Churachandpur district. As per sources, the gunbattle broke out in the wee hours today and is reportedly still underway. The exchange of fire broke out at Kangvai in the periphery areas between the hills and the valley. Reports are coming in that 2 village defence volunteers have been injured in the exchange of fire.
