Manipur violence: 4 killed, 6 injured in Thoubal district

At least 4 people were killed and 6 injured in an attack by armed men at Lilong Chingjao in the state’s Thoubal district. As per sources, armed men arrived in 4 vehicles and opened fire after an altercation leaving 4 dead and 6 critically injured. 2 of the vehicles used by the perpetrators have been burnt down by locals, said sources. And amid the shocking development, Chief Minister N Biren Singh has reassured people of nabbing the perpetrators. CM N Biren Singh also urged people to maintain calm.
