Lok Sabha Election 2024: BJP appoints poll in-charges for Arunachal Pradesh & Sikkim for upcoming election

The Member of Legislative Council (MLC) of Bihar, Dr Dilip Jaiswal has been made in-charge of Sikkim.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President, JP Nadda on Saturday announced state in-charges and co-election in-charges for 23 states including the Northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

As per official statement, BJP has appointed Assam minister Ashok Singhal as the party’s Lok Sabha election in-charge for Arunachal Pradesh.

The Member of Legislative Council (MLC) of Bihar, Dr Dilip Jaiswal has been made in-charge of Sikkim.

Meanwhile, BJP Rajya Sabha member and former Tripura chief minister Biplab Kumar Deb has been made the election in-charge for Haryana.

Two days ago, the saffron party launched its campaign’s theme song and video “Tabhi toh sab Modi ko chunte hain” sounding the poll bugle for the elections that will be held in April-May this year.

On the other hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, invited the young voters to contribute to the BJP’s manifesto for the upcoming general elections and asked them to share their thoughts on the NaMo app.

“I look forward to meeting some of the contributors myself in the future,” he said in his post on X.

PM Modi’s post about his party’s manifesto came on the occasion of National Voters’ Day, for which he urged people to register themselves as voters, if they haven’t done so yet.
