J&K police rescues Assam youth from Kulgam district; Guwahati police team to bring back Jamal

Guwahati youth Suraj Jamal who went missing on June 14 and landed up in the Kashmir Valley and not being allowed to return by his handlers, has been rescued by the Jammu and Kashmir Police.
Suraj Jamal has been rescued by the police in the State’s Kulgam district. Meanwhile, Jamal has been kept at a police station in Kulgam.
Jamal will later be brought to Jammu from Kulgam, following which he will be sent to Assam via train. A team of Assam Police will be leaving for Jammu today to bring back Suraj Jamal.
Speaking on the case Guwahati Police Commissioner Dipak Kumar informed that Police is investigating the case and are trying to find out weather Jamal was being taken to the valley by any terrorist outfit.
