In conflict torn Manipur, ponies and horses carry message of peace and unity

The Manipuri ponies and horses known for their endurance and mastery in warfare throughout Manipur's history were seen parading down the streets of Imphal today, spreading the message of peace
The rally was jointly organised by the Manipur Horse Riding and Polo Association, the Manipur Equestrian Association, and the Manipur Pony Society to highlight the prevailing situation in Manipur. The rally commenced from Manipur breeding farm, Lamphelpat, passed through DC Office Complex, Uripok Kangchup Road, Thangmeiband, and culminated at Pony Farm near Central School, Lamphelpat.
